This is a Tropical Hibiscus. It is considered an annual in my part of the country because it does not usually come back after the winter. With ample sun and a special Hibiscus fertilizer, it will provide 10-20 of these gorgeous 5" blooms for most of the summer. It grows to 4-6 feet.
